FAQ

Christmas order deadlines
We try to get items to people as quickly as possible, however especially seeing as we make them individually for each customer we cannot guarantee particular delivery dates. Bearing that in mind, here are the deadlines by which if you place your order your items should arrive by December 21. It is also possible that orders placed after these dates could arrive in time – especially in the EU where many items can be dispatched locally and so should arrive sooner – but we cannot guarantee that. Please note that for Economy shipping, all deadlines have passed.

  • USA Standard shipping: 9 December
  • USA Express shipping: 11 December
  • International Standard shipping: 6 December
  • International Express shipping: 10 December

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If your purchase is faulty please let us know, and if you return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of items which have been worn, altered or damaged by the customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
To eliminate waste and reduce overheads, each item is printed individually and personally for you. Each product takes 1-7 business days to create, then the item will be shipped. The different postage options include their different shipping speeds. Generally the cheapest economy shipping in the US is 3-8 business days, Canada 5-10, and the rest of the world 5-20 business days. (See Christmas deadlines, above)

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We ship globally.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We are not responsible for customs fees. EU customers please note: if VAT is added to the cost of an item, then it means your item is being shipped from within the EU, so you will not have any additional customs fees.

What do you do with the money?
After production costs for most items, which are manufactured in the United States, all proceeds go to support the work of the Working Class History project, researching and promoting radical history. Find out more about WCH and what we do here on our website: https://workingclasshistory.com
Our suppliers moved production of elements of some of our products outside the US, so for these products (which are specified in the description), in agreement with radical workers in Asia, we split the proceeds from these items between WCH and organising projects in East Asia.
All products are printed in the US or EU.
